The contact session with experienced professionals which used to be conducted in Fridays could be recorded and shared. This would be helpful for those candidates who are unable to attend live zoom sessions due to work commitments. 2.Maintaining constant eye contact with the camera while typing can be challenging for some candidates, especially those who are not very proficient in typing. Thanks to MOHAN Foundation for the knowledge gaining session. I have a strong suggestion that the same manner deceased donor transplant has a common app / portal to upload the documents of donor and recipients, there should be a portal for living donor transplant’s documents to be uploaded. The veracity and genuineness of the same should be verified by a government agency like Transtan before listing before state level or district level authorisation committee. MOHAN foundation should take initiative to implement this. Keep up the good initiatives towards organ donation programs.

However, it could be improved by adding more interactive sessions, case-based discussions, and real-life experiences from transplant coordinators and donor families. Additionally, it would be helpful if two separate language batches could be created — one in Hindi and another in English. For example, being from Rajasthan, a Hindi session would have made it easier to understand and participate more effectively.
