1. This certificate is being issued solely by MOHAN Foundation, upon successful completion of your course, and this is not a certificate issued by or in collaboration with any government body or authority at central or state level, or, the National Organ and Tissue Transplant Organization.
2. The course is not endorsed by any private or public or professional organization.
3. MOHAN Foundation receives funding from both public and private institutions, and any educational grant which is offered to certain courses, students will be considered on a first to come first to serve basis, and is limited.
4. Your access to the course will be on a payable basis, and once you have paid the fees, there will be no refunds issued to you.
5. Your interaction with the website will be governed by our policies, including but not limited to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
6. Your registration will entitle you to a log-in account for access to your course materials, which will be password protected, and access to such account will be valid only during the duration of the course, till your certification is complete.
7. For certain courses, the candidates will be entitled to attempt the certification examination, for a cumulative of two times [including a reattempt, after failing the first time], and the reattempt has to be within limited duration, of the certification examination. For completeness, the fee towards reattempt has to be paid the candidate.

c. You are aware of the sensitivity of the subject matter, and are aware of the ethical, social and legal aspects and will strive to abide by the legal framework;
d. You will not associate MOHAN Foundation with any illegal trading organization, nor use your certificate issued by the Foundation for any activity which brings the Foundation to disrepute. You shall also not use your learnings to commit any act which is against the principles of the Foundation, or the law.
