  • If you paid for a future course (not yet commenced) and are unsure about joining, you may request a refund before the course start date.
  • For Transplant Coordination Professional Certificate course – If you are not satisfied with the course content, refunds are possible if you inform us within 5 days of receiving your login credentials.
  • For Post Graduate Diploma in Transplant Coordination & Grief Counselling – If you are not satisfied with the course content, refunds are possible if you inform us within 21 days of receiving your login credentials.
  • For short-term courses – due to low fees and administrative/banking costs, refunds are not available.

2. Participation Requirement

To qualify for a refund (except in cases of ineligibility or advance payment), you must have:

  • Logged in and completed at least 5% of the course content
  • Expressed your dissatisfaction within the specified number of days from enrollment.

3. Refund Request Timeline

  • A written refund request must be submitted within the specified number of days from enrollment, as mentioned above (wherever applicable).
  • The request should clearly state your reason for dissatisfaction.

4. Assessment of Request

  • Our team will review your request, may reach out for clarification, and explore resolution options before approval.

5. Processing of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days, after assessment of the request.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be applicable if more than 10% of the course content has been completed or if the request is made after the specified number of days from enrollment.
  • Refunds are not provided for short-term courses due to cost structure.
  • Non-participation without communication does not qualify for refunds.
  • We encourage learners to contact us early if they face difficulties, so we can help resolve them.
